We have several convenient ways to make payments. Mail, Office(hours M-F 9-4 closed 12-1), After Hours Secure Drop Box, Auto Pay/one time payment  through online bank transfer (free), credit card (2.99% fee) PayNearMe and at Walgreens & Walmart (fee applies)

We request that you do maintenance requests or concerns through our online portal, unless it is a safety or emergency issue, in that event, please call our office at 541.867.7111. We answer our phones 24/7.

Office closed 12pm – 1pm for lunch

We collect rents the 1st of the month.
